Patient Policies

01 — Appointments

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please log in on time and be prepared to devote the scheduled appointment time to your care.

Appointments with HOPE Integrative Services are provided through telehealth. Patients should join appointments from a private location with a reliable internet connection whenever possible.

02 — Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of HOPE Integrative Services.

03 — No-Shows

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and have not provided notice will be responsible for the full scheduled appointment fee.

04 — Payment

HOPE Integrative Services is a 100% self-pay practice and does not bill insurance for services.

Patients are required to maintain a valid payment method on file through Practice Better, our secure practice management platform.

Payment is not charged at the time of booking. The payment method on file will be charged after the scheduled visit has been completed.

Visit fees reflect the professional consultation time and care provided by HOPE Integrative Services.

Laboratory testing, specialty or functional testing, supplements, medications, and other recommended products or services are not included in the visit fee unless specifically stated otherwise and may involve additional costs.

05 — Refunds

Fees for professional services that have already been provided are nonrefundable.

Cancellation and no-show fees are assessed according to the policies outlined above. Any exception will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of HOPE Integrative Services.

Laboratory testing, specialty testing, supplements, medications, or other products and services purchased through third-party providers may be subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those providers.

06 — Laboratory & Specialty Testing

Testing is individualized based on each patient's health history, symptoms, previous testing, clinical evaluation, needs, and goals.

Laboratory testing and specialty or functional testing are not included in the cost of your visit unless specifically stated otherwise. Additional costs will vary depending on the testing recommended.

When appropriate, testing options and associated costs will be discussed with you before testing is ordered.

07 — Telehealth Appointments

HOPE Integrative Services provides care through telehealth.

Patients must be physically located in a state or jurisdiction where Lindsey Wasson, MSN, FNP-C is legally authorized to provide care at the time of the appointment.

Telehealth has benefits and limitations. There may be circumstances in which an in-person examination, additional testing, emergency evaluation, or care from another healthcare professional is necessary.

Additional telehealth consent and patient documentation will be completed through Practice Better.

08 — Communication

The Contact form on this website is intended for general and administrative inquiries only.

Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, or other private health information through the website Contact form.

Established patients should use Practice Better for clinical communication and the exchange of health information.

Email and website inquiries should not be used for urgent medical needs.

09 — Emergencies & Urgent Medical Needs

HOPE Integrative Services does not provide emergency medical services through this website, email, Contact forms, or routine patient messaging.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate evaluation at the nearest emergency department.

Do not wait for a response from HOPE Integrative Services before seeking emergency care.
