HOPE Integrative Services, LLC is a self-pay practice. Information regarding services and pricing is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated periodically.

Visit fees cover the professional services specified at the time of scheduling. Laboratory testing, specialty or functional testing, medications, supplements, and other recommended products or services may involve additional costs unless specifically stated otherwise.

Additional payment, cancellation, no-show, and refund information is available in our Patient Policies.

06 — Telehealth

Healthcare services offered through HOPE Integrative Services may be provided through telehealth.

Patients must be physically located in a state or jurisdiction where their healthcare provider is legally authorized to provide care at the time services are rendered.

Telehealth may not be appropriate for every medical concern. An in-person examination, diagnostic testing, emergency evaluation, or care from another healthcare professional may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

This website may provide information about or links to third-party services, including laboratories, pharmacies, supplement providers, scheduling or patient-management platforms, educational resources, or other healthcare-related services.
